Shipping and Returns

Our online store is available for the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Russia, Canada, and the United States.

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders are processed from La Coruña, Spain.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item you ordered is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you by email or phone.

All orders are shipped via DHL (GLS for Spain) and require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days. Buyers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Free shipping is available on orders of €500 or more.

These countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund items within 15 days of receipt of your online order. To return or exchange an item, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@masscob.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all exchanges and returns.

Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged, and must be returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Russia, Canada, and the United States: €25

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Masscob stores do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made on masscob.com.

- Returning from an EU Country

1. Place the item in the original shipping box.
2. Fill out the return form and include it inside the box.
3. Close the box and tape it securely.
4. Attach the shipping label over the previous delivery information.
5. Contact the authorized transport company for pickup.

Masscob is not responsible for any returns sent via a non-authorized carrier.

Returning from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Russia, Canada, or the United States

Please email our Customer Care team at customercare@masscob.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with the RMA number, a pre-paid return shipping label, and detailed instructions for your return.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the return at our warehouse, it will be processed and approved within 3 business days of arrival. This timeframe may be extended up to 5 business days during the Sale period.

Once the return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

If the returned items do not meet our requirements or arrive after the return timeframe, they will be sent back to the customer with prior notification via email. The cost of this reshipment will be borne by the customer.

The reimbursed amount: shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount. Masscob is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement, if applicable.

- Credit Card refund

Credit card companies vary in the time they take to restore funds to your account. Transactions may take up to 7 business days from the date of our refund confirmation email.

- PayPal refund

Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.
