We usually accept returns within three days of their arrival at our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Masscob is not responsible for return shipping costs or nor duty reimbursement if is the case. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account and the transaction could take up to 7 business days to be settled from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.
Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.
